Orange County Newborn Photos: Baby Parker

Keith and I hope everyone had a great and safe Fourth of July weekend. While we had a few inquiries to shoot photo sessions over the holiday, we decided it was best to take some time off and enjoy a camera-free weekend.  And it was well worth it!  We had dinner with new friends, caught up with family at a BBQ, headed to the theater to watch Toy Story 3 (yes, I teared up a little), and took a stroll along the pier in Seal Beach.  And if that wasn’t enough, I also had the chance to clear my desk and even prep a few images for this long overdue post.

So without further ado, let me introduce you to Baby Parker.  How adorable is this little guy?

We photographed Parker at three weeks old.  Keith and I loved his full head of hair. We were also quite impressed at his strength.  In the shot above, he propped himself up for a few seconds after we set him on his belly. He’s a future athlete for sure.

Keith and I have been looking for ways to mix up newborn sessions.  We’re in love with all the great and creative crochet hats and diaper covers on Etsy.  We found this adorable bear hat through Crochet TLC.  Based on Parker’s expression, he may not have been in love with it, but we still think it’s pretty cute.
