When it comes to digital photography, we have a lot of opinions on our favorite products, especially when it comes to our camera equipment. But where do we buy our gear? For the past two years we’ve purchased most of our photo equipment from B&H Photo Video in New York. I always thought Amazon had the best prices until I learned about B&H after attending a Photoshop conference they sponsored a couple years ago. Since then, Keith and I have been hooked on B&H’s wide variety of products, great customer service, and inexpensive shipping. Plus, since their store is based in New York, we don’t have to pay sales tax!
And if you’re interested in jumping into photography, but don’t want to pay top dollar for new equipment, B&H has an awesome Used Store. We’ve bought a few used lenses and they always arrive in near mint condition.
